Can therapy help?

Life can be become overwhelming at times. A traumatic event, the loss of a loved one or entering a phase in our life that we find difficulty adjusting to can trigger feelings of anger, sadness, isolation or grief so extreme, that they can interfere with our ability to be productive at home, at work or in our relationships. It takes courage to reach out to a stranger for support but that can prove tremendously beneficial to our ability to function again. Psychotherapy can help us not only alleviate the obvious symptoms, but also to lead a healthier, happier and more productive life.


People seek therapy for a variety of reasons. This could be a traumatic childhood experience that still affects their life, or difficulty in coming to terms with the loss of a loved one. Perhaps they are entering a phase in their life that they find difficult to adjust to.


Whatever the reasons that bring you here, my goal is to be able to offer you help and support during this stage in your life, with compassion, integrity and without judgement.
